Allan Wulbern is a trial attorney whose practice is focused on commercial litigation and insolvency matters.  Allan’s insolvency practice includes representation of debtors, creditors, and Chapter 7 trustees.  Allan has trial experience in the state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.  Allan also counsels owners of closely held corporations in legal and business matters.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Allan spent nine years in the Jacksonville banking industry, with a focus on real estate lending.

Eugene Johnson received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law (UDSL) in 2004. During his final year of law school, he was an extern law clerk for the Honorable William A. Clark, United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio, at Dayton and the UDSL student nominee for the Distinguished Law Student Program of the American College of Bankruptcy. After working for various law firms in Ohio, Mr. Johnson moved to Jacksonville in 2008 and founded the Johnson Law Firm, P.A.  Since then, he has filed over 3,000 consumer bankruptcy cases and now his practice focuses on the representation of creditors and Chapter 7 Panel Trustee’s in contested matters dealing with exemptions, turnover, avoidance, and dischargeabilty issues.

Jerrett M. McConnell

An experienced attorney in the areas of bankruptcy, business restructuring and turnarounds, and mortgage modification mediation, Jerrett McConnell has been in practice since 2000. He has a broad background in consumer and corporate bankruptcy, representing both debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. Mr. McConnell also has years of experience serving as attorney for the Chapter 7 Trustees and was recently selected to be a Subchapter V Trustee for Orlando/Jacksonville. This combined experience has provided him the opportunity to represent businesses in financial peril, but intervene prior to needing to file bankruptcy to accomplish successful turnarounds. Jerrett is also a Certified Circuit Mediator, Certified Family Law Mediator, and has been appointed as Bankruptcy Mediator on over 100 Mortgage Modification Mediations.

Ryan T. Hyde

Ryan Hyde focuses his practice on a range of litigation matters including commercial, business, real estate, bankruptcy and creditor/debtor matters.  He has trial experience in state and federal court and is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.  He received his undergraduate degree in public relations from the University of Florida where he served as president of the Sigma Chi fraternity and was a member of Florida Blue Key.  Before law school he worked in the Governor’s Office and the Advance Office of the White House.  Ryan received his law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law.
