Eugene Johnson received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law (UDSL) in 2004. During his final year of law school, he was an extern law clerk for the Honorable William A. Clark, United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio, at Dayton and the UDSL student nominee for the Distinguished Law Student Program of the American College of Bankruptcy. After working for various law firms in Ohio, Mr. Johnson moved to Jacksonville in 2008 and founded the Johnson Law Firm, P.A.  Since then, he has filed over 3,000 consumer bankruptcy cases and now his practice focuses on the representation of creditors and Chapter 7 Panel Trustee’s in contested matters dealing with exemptions, turnover, avoidance, and dischargeabilty issues.

Angela Scott is an attorney representing Douglas W. Neway, Chapter 13 Standing Trustee for the Jacksonville Division.  Prior to serving as the Chapter 13 Trustee’s attorney, Ms. Scott was an associate attorney at The Law Offices of Jason A. Burgess, LLC, where she practiced bankruptcy, including matters involving business restructuring, complex bankruptcy litigation, and consumer bankruptcy. She is admitted to practice before all Florida Courts, the U.S. District and the Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, and her L.LM in Business Law from Florida State University College of Law.
